What to Expect

I am only booking existing clients at this time.
Please note: I do have dogs and a cat in my home, where my home office is located. While they will not be in the treatment space during your session, they are present elsewhere in the home.
If you have pet allergies, sensitivities, or if this presents any concerns for you, please let me know ahead of time so we can arrange an alternative location for your session. In full transparency this could mean you hear a bark or two. If this may be distracting for you I can book your session at an alternate location for an additional fee.
Session Flow:
*Opening Consultation – Begin with a client intake to set intentions and discuss areas of focus.
*Palo Santo Room Cleanse – Clear the space energetically to create a peaceful environment.
*Chakra Opening Meditation – Gentle guided meditation to prepare your energy centers for healing.
*Reiki Session – Hands are held just above the body, focusing on each chakra (3–5 minutes per chakra, shorter if it is a 30 Minute session) as well as any specific problem areas. Chakra tuning forks are optional, but can be added here.
*Closing Ritual – Final Palo Santo cleanse, closing meditation, and reflective discussion.
Reiki is a non-invasive practice, always done with hands above the body, allowing energy to flow naturally where it is most needed.
60 Minute Reiki Session

Locals pricing on a sliding scale ($40- $75 pay according to your ability). Must provide proof of residency.
(gratuity is not required but greatly appreciated)
Your 60 Minute Reiki session is a calming and restorative experience designed to bring balance and harmony to your mind, body, and spirit.
Payment Options: Cash or Venmo preferred | Credit/Debit accepted By making this appointment you agree to release Mindful Movement Moab/Crystal Blanks of any liability from the session/treatment. Payment in full is required at time of service.
If you need to cancel/reschedule please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Please arrive on time, the 60 minutes starts at time of session. If you arrive late your session will end at the original ending time, therefore it will be shortened.
Address provided at booking. I can travel to your location or we can use a city studio location for an additional cost.
