Join Moonflower Co-op and Crystal Blanks of Mindful Movement Moab to celebrate the longest day of the year with a nourishing, heart-opening tea experience.
Explore solar herbs and create your own custom solstice herbal tea blend. Through a guided tea ritual, intention setting, and mindful sipping, you’ll connect with your inner radiance, release what no longer serves you, and welcome the light and abundance of summer. Crystal will then guide you through a flow of 27 sun salutations to celebrate the solstice, and will finish class with a guided meditation.
This workshop is perfect for anyone seeking warmth, clarity, and seasonal connection, blending herbal education, ritual, and joyful creativity in a cozy, sunlit gathering.
Free and open to all. All materials and yoga mats will be provided.
The class will take place in the Dance Room at the Moab Arts and Recreation Center, 111 E. 100 N.
About Crystal:
Crystal Blanks is a 500 RYT (500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher), 800 Yoga Therapist, and holds multiple other certifications and owns a wellness practice here in Moab, Utah, Mindful Movement Moab.

Your FREE 30 Minute Chakra Tuning Reiki session is a calming and restorative experience designed to bring balance and harmony to your mind, body, and spirit. This session does not provide hands over the body healing, as it uses chakra tuning forks only.
You can only book one session per 2 month period so that I can reach more community members who need healing.
Gratuity is not required but greatly appreciated. Must provide proof of residency.
By making this appointment you agree to release Mindful Movement Moab/Crystal Blanks of any liability from the session/treatment. Payment in full is required at time of service.
If you need to cancel/reschedule please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Please arrive on time, the 30 minutes starts at time of session. If you arrive late your session will end at the original ending time, therefore it will be shortened.
